FUNDRAISING
One of the largest supportive activities of the boosters is planning and carrying out fundraisers. These fundraisers are run throughout the year and are a source of income for the boosters and a means of earning credits towards planned trips for the students.
The Booster’s Ways and Means Committee attempt to plan a variety of fundraisers including product sales (Fruit/wreaths/poinsettias, Gertrude Hawk Candy etc.), event fundraisers (Spaghetti Dinners, Father Daughter Dance, etc), Miscellaneous (car washes, bottle drives etc.). Each fundraiser is chaired or co-chaired by a booster volunteer. This, combined with the support of the organization and school staff, helps make the fundraisers a success.
