Phoenix Band & Colorguard Booster Membership Form
Mission Statement: It is the mission of the Phoenix Band & Colorguard Boosters to support the Phoenix Music Programs including groups such as the Marching Band, Jazz Band, Concert Bands, Drum Line and Winterguards.
Benefits: Membership entitles you to vote at meetings, have input on fundraisers, band and guard shows, and trip planning assistance, how money is spent on the Phoenix Music Programs and more. It entitles you to run for an Executive Board position with those being: President, Vive President, Secretary, Recording Secretary and Treasurer.
Meetings: The boosters meet the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm in the faculty room at the high school (sometimes in the band room).
Membership is $1.00 per person and is as simple as filling out the form below, and bringing to a meeting or mailing to:
